“It’s not un-guaranteed,” she said to me.

“Does that mean I’ll get a guarantee?” I asked.

“No, but it doesn’t mean you won’t, either.”

“I see.”

“We haven’t explicitly stated that you won’t be getting a guarantee.”

“But will I?”

“I won’t say no.”

“But will you say yes?”

“Definitely not no, but yes?”

“Yes?”

“Maybe.”
